The reception is staffed 24 hours a day.

- Departure is until 11:00 a.m.
- You can use the leisure facilities before you move in and after you leave your room or holiday home/house.

Yes, late check-out until 6:00 p.m. is possible on request (from €30.00 per room. In travel time B the price is €40.00). It can only be booked on site and subject to availability.
Yes, room service can be provided; it costs €5.00 per room.
Environmentally friendly behaviour is not just a trend for us but part of our everyday life. For this reason we do not clean the rooms daily in order to save energy, water and cleaning agents - a contribution to the protection of our environment. If you still require your rooms to be cleaned the next day, simply inform the reception by 6:00 p.m. Thank you for your support in protecting the environment, both on holiday and in everyday life.
No, the Dünenbad is open daily from 7.00 a.m. to 9.30 p.m. and admission for hotel guests is included in the hotel price.
The sauna area is only accessible from the age of 18. However, there is a daily "family sauna" from 12 noon to 3 p.m. (admission for children accompanied by their parents). The gym is accessible from the age of 18 or from the age of 16 if accompanied by an adult.
